In lieu of a long and rambling blog post where we tell you what the kids have been up to as they get ready for Christmas, we thought we’d share a quick video.

There is a small issue with the audio towards the end. For that, I apologize. If Christmas weren’t just a few days away, I’d fix it, but if I don’t post this now, it won’t happen until 2022!

And, please pay attention to Chloë saying that she was going to ask Santa for “zookeepers”! If you haven’t already heard this story – she didn’t ask for “zookeepers” (which, by the way, we still have no idea what exactly this means), but instead, she asked Santa for a dog. I wish I would have recorded her interaction with Santa because it was priceless. Unfortunately, Santa (directed by Mommy) had to break it to Chloë that she won’t be getting a dog this year. And, we’ve continued to explain to her that she is going to get a dog (we promise), but we’re waiting for the right puppy to be born.
